"Pretty good communication with the catering team"
Overall, the catering communication was good. They replied quickly most of the time, which I appreciated. There were a couple moments where I assumed certain details were already clear, but then realized I needed to ask a follow-up because things were a little vague. Still, everything worked out fine in the end.

Am I missing something here? The catering was just okay for the price. The food showed up a bit late, and by the time it arrived, some of the dishes were already cold. The portions also seemed smaller than what I expected for our event. I will say the staff was really nice, which I appreciated, but overall it didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth

The location is kind of out of the way for me, which isn’t ideal. I guess it’s manageable if you really need to go, but I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient spot.

I was expecting more decent healthy choices, but the menu was kind of a joke in that area. Most of it was basically salads drowned in heavy dressing or drinks packed with sugar, which isn’t exactly eating clean. The food wasn’t terrible, just really underwhelming if you’re trying to make smarter choices

"Not the best spot for me as a gluten-free eater"
I really wanted to enjoy Lemonade, but as someone who has to eat gluten free, it just didn’t feel like there were many options for me. The staff wasn’t as clear as I hoped about what was actually safe, so I played it cautious and ordered something basic. The food itself was fine, not terrible or anything, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable the whole time. Personally, if you’re gluten free, I’d probably ask a lot of questions before ordering

"Honestly, I barely had to wait"
I had a really smooth experience using lemonadela.com, smoother than I was expecting. I figured there might be a decent wait or that I’d have to keep checking back to see what was going on, but that really wasn’t the case at all. Everything seemed to move along quickly, and the wait time ended up being way shorter than I had in my head. It was nice not feeling like I was stuck wondering about the next step or having to babysit the process. Overall, it was easy, quick, and stress-free, so I’m happy giving it 5 stars.

"Way faster than I expected"
I ordered through lemonadela.com, and to be honest, I figured it would take a while like these things usually do.

But from my experience, everything moved really quickly. I didn’t have to follow up, chase anyone, or sit around wondering what was going on.

I was genuinely happy with how smooth it all felt. For me, it was quick, easy, and stress-free, and I’d definitely use them again

I always get a little nervous ordering stuff online, especially when other reviews mention packaging, so I was glad mine showed up in great shape. The box was packed really well, nothing was leaking or crushed, and everything looked clean when I opened it. It was also easy to open, which I appreciated. If other people had the same experience, I can definitely see why they’d be happy with it too. No complaints from me

"Good veggie options, super easy ordering"
I was happy with the vegetarian options at Lemonade. Not just one sad little salad, thankfully. There were actual choices. Little sides, fresh-looking stuff, things I actually wanted to eat.

I ordered the marketplace plate with a few veggie sides, and it all tasted fresh. Simple, good, no drama. The website was easy to use too, which I appreciated. I do wish there were a few more vegetarian protein options, but overall, really solid.

I’ve ordered from lemonadela.com a few times now, it’s been a consistent experience each time. The ordering process is simple, everything goes through without me having to double-check a bunch of stuff or wonder if it worked, and I haven’t run into any strange delays or issues. It’s not one of those services where I’m blown away by anything flashy, but that’s kind of the point for me. It does what it’s supposed to do, it does it smoothly, and I don’t have to think too much about it afterward. That’s basically why I keep using it.

"Took a little patience, but they made it right"
I had an issue with my order the response took a bit longer than I was hoping. It was a little frustrating at first, but once they got back to me, they handled it and fixed the problem. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I do think it says something when a company follows through instead of just brushing it off. In the end, everything worked out, and I appreciated that they made it right

The food looked really nice on the plate, like they definitely put effort into the presentation. Plates, for sure. But if anything felt off, I’d blame whoever runs this because the setup seemed a little more focused on looks than the overall experience
